Thanks for your comments and an interesting point raised. Dermabrasion is not for constant use. It should be used as a treatment and not long term. It does depend on your own skin’s needs and your preference but probably no more than 2 or 3 times a year.

I have used 1 tube of it and it has improved my skin incredibly. My only issue is that I have no idea what I am supposed to do when the tube is finished. Is this a one time treatment whereby when you finished the tube you no longer need to do dermabrasion? or is this an on-going treatment. If you should use it constantly then what is the point in progressing to level 4 then when you buy a new tube you still get levels 1-3 worth of the white cream in the tube which is a waste of money for “advanced” users. There should be a maintenance programme for those that have already reached level 4.
